The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking quotations from
qualified mechanical contractors for the Air Handler Upgrade at Holy Cross
Elementary School, 410 Brittany Dr, Thunder Bay, Ontario. The scope of work
includes demolition of the existing air handling unit and electric hot water tanks,
supply and installation of a new air handling unit (AHU-1) on a structural steel
support stand with concrete base, new ductwork, heating coil connections to the
existing boiler system, a new gas-fired domestic hot water heater (WH-1) with
associated piping, VFD drive, and all related mechanical, plumbing, and structural
work as detailed in the engineering drawings and specifications.
