Description: 

The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking quotations from

qualified general contractors for the exterior and window upgrades – Phase 4a &

4b – at St. Ignatius High School, 285 Gibson Street, Thunder Bay, Ontario, as

detailed in the architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings prepared by David

P Gillen, Architect (Project No. 2026-013, Issued for Tender, dated May 7, 2026).

The project shall be completed in phases (Phase 4a followed by Phase 4b) and

includes designated substance abatement as identified in the project-specific

Designated Substance Survey (DSS) report.
